How to use the classroom dice roller
Choose how many dice you need, pick a color that shows up well on your projector, then tap Roll dice (or press Space). The total appears under the dice, so students can check their own addition against the screen. Press F for fullscreen when the whole class needs to see the result.
Classroom games that use dice
Roll-and-write math warmups, place-value practice, addition and multiplication races, story-starter prompts, brain-break movement challenges, and deciding turn order for review games. Pair it with the classroom scoreboard to track team points, or the random student picker to choose who rolls next.
Questions teachers ask
- How many dice can I roll at once?
- Anywhere from one to six dice. The total updates automatically so the class can check their math against it.
- Does the classroom dice roller work on an interactive whiteboard?
- Yes. The dice scale to fill the screen, the roll button is a large tap target, and fullscreen mode hides everything except the dice.
- Is it really free?
- Yes — no account, no login, and nothing to install. Open the page and roll.
